Q: When are the specified drop off and pick up times?

Start of the Day:
We would like all children to be present at the centres anywhere between 8:00am and 9:00am. This allows us to organise the children for the day in a timely matter - especially on excursion days. We are always flexible i.e. children could be dropped off at an excursion event if needed. Just ask the Head Supervisor of the programme and they"ll try to make it work for you.
End of the day:
Apart from the odd occurence with bus delays etc, we are always back at the centre by 3:00pm each day. We have two different charge rates, one with leaving times close to 3:15pm and the other is anywhere from the previous time up to our closing time of 5:30pm. We charge $1 / minute / child if your child is picked up after 5:30pm. If you need to organise an earlier pick up time then once again talk to the Head Supervisor to arrange.
